Daily mandi prices and arrivals from Agmarknet — 4,179 markets across 746 districts, in rupees per quintal and metric tonnes, with the Minimum Support Price on every row so you can see which crops sell below their floor. Plus the price history Agmarknet itself does not keep.
Agmarknet's API accepts a date and ignores it — ask for last January and you get the same three days as today, and its archive reports are behind a CAPTCHA. A nightly writer accumulates each read, so a series exists at all. It starts the day it was switched on; there is no backfill.
Every row carries the Minimum Support Price for the marketing year, so "is this crop selling below its floor?" is one call. Crops with no notified MSP return a null gap, never a zero.
4,179 market names repeat across states. A name matching more than one is refused with the candidates listed, because answering about the wrong mandi is worse than asking again.
