Monthly Key Indicators, read line by line
Each State’s statement for April to the month: revenue and capital receipts, own tax by type, central transfers, revenue and capital expenditure, and the deficits, with the Budget Estimate and the share of it reached a year earlier.
All-State heads and capex
states_fiscal_heads sums the States on the Economic Survey’s heads against the same window last year; state_capex_monthly lays out each State’s capital expenditure month by month, with the States that have not published listed, never estimated.
Audited annual accounts
Finance Accounts Volume I, Statement No. 2, by State and year. A year is served only when its line items reconcile to the printed totals; scanned or failing editions are named, with the reason.
